Gene Name Converter

The Gene Name Converter has been updated for all species (April, 2007)

You can paste gene names below to generate an output file with standard gene names that can be used in GeneMerge.
There are three output files:

• List of paired matches
• List of genes for which no standard gene name can be found
• List of standard gene names alone (for easy cut-and-paste into GeneMerge).
