Stand-alone GeneMerge

GeneMerge can be downloaded and run on a computer that has PERL installed. GeneMerge uses the POSIX module that is standard with recent PERL distributions. No external libraries are needed and no platform is assumed. Since GeneMerge is a single self-contained program with no dependencies it is easy to install and incorporate into other software.
